The upbringing and care of children continues until they reach the day when they finish basic and formal schooling and are able to rely on themselves. To reach a stage of reason, knowledge and conscience through which they can manage their affairs for this and until your children reach this stage, the responsibility lies with you.

Education differs according to the different stages of life, and each age follows laws and conditions. If your son is a teenager, you must treat him on this basis. 1- The close relationship with the teenager: Whenever you have the opportunity, sit with him and teach him to be your companion. to bring up his problems with you. Sometimes consult him and let him enter the arena of life gradually.

He must get to know the difficulties of life little by little so that he does not become too withdrawn. Likewise, his realization of difficulties and troubles makes him deny and seek to solve them, or at least, and for the length of time he becomes successful towards them.

2- Educate him about the necessities: he is a teenager and will soon enter adulthood and youth. It is necessary for another person to be trusted, such as an uncle, grandfather, ... to inform him of his physical functions and the changes that occur to him, and this is in addition to the issues that you can explain to him, and you have to gradually make him aware of the issue that he is no longer a child and he must start to behave. as adults.

3- Paying attention to religion and morals: Your son is on the threshold of a stage that requires him to know the principles and rules of religion and adhere to them. And your job, wherever necessary, is to give him the necessary directions. From waking him tenderly for the Fajr prayer, and drawing his attention at noon and evening with tenderness if he slackens in his prayer. It is natural for you to be a role model for him in these matters by applying it in front of him. In order to teach him the principles of religion, you can motivate him to participate in sessions related to this matter under the auspices of scholars.

4- Holding him accountable: One of the topics of education to build personality is to hold the teenager responsible gradually, provide him with work, encourage him to do manual work such as making frames for pictures, making small containers or any other work.

Understand that he must help you in your work, and with your cooperation, life will continue and progress. If he is a male, he will help you in buying the needs of the house, and if she is a female, then she will help you with the housework.

5- Pay attention to nutrition: since he has entered the stage of puberty and the same nutrition issues will be presented to him, rely on milk derivatives, and be careful not to give him sharp, spicy, and hot food that changes his body and arouses his instincts.

You know he's in the rutting phase. He eats greedily and is always hungry. The reason for this is the rapid growth of his body, he is full of activity and movement, which requires food. As it is said, the movement of the legs is more important in the process of digestion than the importance of the stomach, and this is true.

6- Finding boldness and courage: he will eventually enter the arena of social life. Which requires courage and audacity, so you have to persuade him to accept responsibility and work, and encourage him to do so. Create a desire to accept work in him, make him understand the value and organization of work, give him courage, freedom, and spirituality. And thank Allah in front of him and ask Allah for success in his work, which is considered influential in his positive follow-up to his work.
