How to evaluate early marriages?
Everyone agree that a male and female are legal to marry after they are adults , and they have this right when their parents see that they are mature and there are difference between being mature and just adult , who can’t be responsible of a marriage life !
There are no doubts that there are many advantages when a young boy and girl decide to marry early, some of these advantages are:
Protection from moral perversion, by avoiding prohibited actions; because the only way to control and fulfill the instincts legally is by marriage.
The spiritual stability and comfort; because family nest is tranquility, and as the great Allah said: “And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts) “; and this is how a man get rid of the loneliness of being single, and what comes with it like psychological disorder and emptiness that can damage the spiritual energy.
The start of doing chores and being responsible of a family , after being irresponsible young boy , and a girl start to realize her role in life which is preparing to raise a mannerly generation and managing the house .
And there are researches and studies that proves the negative effect of early marriage:
Study difficulties, or quitting, especially for women who become busy with pregnancy and chores that blocks her learning; and men also become busy in providing life needs and quitting the study.
Inability to hold the responsibilities: which cause psychological problems for the boy and the girl that make them lose the trust and put many responsibilities on their parents.
Boredom and temperament ; when one of them decide that heshe doesn’t want the other partner , or they become very inconsiderate and breakup in the early weeks after marriage , which is caused by the lack of mental maturity ; because they are still in the late teens level and haven’t got the needed psychological stability to start a family .
And by showing some of the advantages and disadvantages, we can decide the conclusion of the early marriage by every one’s circumstances and the reasons behind it.
