Some may think that trust is a heavenly honor bestowed upon some and not for others, and that it is therefore worthy of perpetuity and survival. And if it comes to a person, it will never leave him. However, that is not the case.
Don't you see how we sometimes become disappointed, because the one we trust betrays us, so we have suspicions, doubts, and mistrust of people. Then we realize that trust is not a divine gift, but rather a reaction to the behavior of others. If these behaviors are good, we will give them all the trust. If you violate custom and reason, we will withdraw this trust from them without regret.
Trust is man-made, and anyone can instill it in the heart of any other person. But trust is like a plant that has just been planted, it needs to be watered by the will, otherwise it withers and dies.
And frankness here is the best way to achieve trust between individuals, because it will help each of the two parties to know each other, and bring their hearts closer, because they will feel the same feeling that one of them has about various issues, because frankness is the closest way to reach hearts.
Trust, like love, can land on two hearts and bind them without feeling, just as one side can weave its threads and gradually link it to the other heart. We must create trust and make sure that it remains, because maintaining trust may be more difficult than creating it.
How many close friends have lived for decades in trust and harmony, then the contract between them broke up and enmity took its place?
And how many enemies have become friends and relations have become closer among them, and they are determined to exchange trust, after disputes and boycotts between the parties?
Trust is a moral characteristic that binds people together and brings them together in good relations, and the people who need it most are politicians, leaders and businessmen, and the more sensitive a person’s position is, the more he needs people’s trust.
The question here is: what is the basis for establishing trust?
And the answer: It is commitment to the meanings of morals, as it is what earns people’s trust.
