How can obedience and commitment factors be prepared

When a person is obedient and committed to morals, this means that he believes in them from the bottom of his heart, and therefore he tries to apply them in his life, in order to know through that the reasons and motives underlying those decisions and realize them.

What is envisaged in the first stage is the immediate effects and consequences of the act, which are the reason for the fear of punishment when violating, and the feeling of pleasure when being obedient.

As for the reason for commitment in the second stage, it is the fear of losing social status, and the feeling of pride among colleagues and peers.

As for the reason for obedience and commitment being in the third stage, it is different from the first and second stage, because a person chooses the behavior that suits him after he believes that it is correct and realizes its necessity, so he practices it without any kind of intimidation or encouragement, at that time a person feels the necessity of treating others in a manner he would like so that Others treat him the same way.

The human mind must realize the importance and value of his commitment to the decisions, and he must reconcile this realization with the action of those decisions. Education - in which the appropriate atmosphere is taken into account, and in which the integration and knowledge of the child and the stages of his psychological and mental transformation are taken into consideration, in an atmosphere filled with mutual respect for the child, and in which he relies on his sense of dignity – which are two factors that help the child's depth of perception and integrity, which leads him to Work towards his integration and moral upbringing, and the crystallization of his personality.

Moral concepts and human values must be commensurate with the child's mental stages of integration and level of awareness, using practical methods in various areas of life - at home and school -, and we should not expect behavior from the child to be similar to ours unless we are assured of his level of awareness that is commensurate with his mental ability.

Therefore, the child should not be blamed or reprimanded - for behavior that is contrary to morals, or for being a liar - before achieving his mental and emotional integration in his understanding of moral concepts, and his distinction between sensory matters and extractive concepts.

Children's obedience to decisions and their commitment to moral values entails their practical touch on the results of that commitment. Therefore, it is necessary to teach children and educate them on moral concepts - such as honesty, not to be cunning and deceitful, commitment and order - through gentle and educational stories and anecdotes, and introducing them to the role of these concepts and their practical effects on their behavior, For there is no effect in stating this alone, but it is necessary for the child to mix with his peers in order to learn - in an appropriate atmosphere governed by respect - to solve his problems in a practical way, to realize the necessity of adhering to the controls and believing in them, and to act uprightly in them.
