1- The first is the guardian: the consent of the girl’s guardian is required.

2 Witnesses: Two witnesses from the husband or wife's family are required.

3- The dowry: The honorable religious law obligated it to the husband and made it a gift of honor for the wife. Allah said: {Give women ˹you wed˺ their due dowries graciously} [An-Nisa: 4], except that He urged ease and lightness. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his progeny), said: ((The best marriage is the one that is easiest)) ... So beware of competition in exaggerating the dowry.
