Although people are equal before all laws in terms of social rights, and the principle of equality before the law is one of the most important principles of high-end human rights laws, observance of this principle is not motivated by equal social status.
The realism of the members of society, rather, it is mostly with the aim of organizing things and preventing the exploitation of the tyrants, the authoritarians and the colonialists. Otherwise, it is self-evident that there is a vast difference in the social status of individuals. The status of a respected holy expert scholar and that of an illiterate, chaotic individual is not equal. However, if differences were made between individuals in terms of their social rights, the harms would be much greater than the harms of observing the advantage of social status among the members of society.
In general, the social status of individuals is determined by the amount of benefit they provide to society, and the noble hadith of the Prophet indicates this truth: “The best of people is the most beneficial to people.”
