The child needs respect in order for his personality to grow and strengthen, and if this personality withers, the child will be deprived of success and victory in the future, and he will not hesitate committing vices, because he feels that he is despised and insulted.
Respecting the child does not mean submitting to all his desires and bowing before his needs. Rather, it means searching for the child’s talents and striving to develop them, instilling confidence in him and working to encourage him and spread a spirit of optimism and self-reliance in him.
Of course, this speech applies to girls just as it applies to boys.
