Do not assign him work at an inappropriate time.
If he is playing with his friends and harmonious in his game, do not interrupt his happiness by assigning him a job that prevents him from playing, and if he is sitting in front of the TV screen watching cartoons, do not deprive him of this viewing by sending him to fetch something.
Encourage him a little if he performs what you assigned him to do.
