The media has an obvious role in shaping the child’s psychological and social personality. All organizations concerned with education have unanimously agreed on this role and its importance, and most countries, even underdeveloped ones, have obligated television stations and cinemas to attend this series or movie.
However, direct monitoring of what our children watch through media stations is very necessary, because you guide your child in a certain direction for many months, and then with one hour in front of the television, all the guidance that you have given is lost. Therefore, it is not permissible for us to expose our children to moral and ideological deviation by exposing them to distorted guidance through some means. This does not mean that we stand in confrontation with the media and that we reject them completely. Rather, we consider that it is necessary to pay attention to these means and benefit from them positively in the process of raising generations on faith and good morals. We do not object to the means as an advanced tool that can be used, but rather to whatever is presented in it, if it is useful in religion or this world, we accept it and encourage its presence, and if it is harmful, we reject it and forbid ourselves, our children, and people from its presence.
The media, in what they broadcast on their screens, or in the pages of their magazines, is often considered one of the problems facing the educational process, so we must be wary of its danger. Even more than that, we must look to create our own media that follows our approach and presents concepts and ideas, and even presents Entertainment in a manner that does not conflict with our religion and moral values.
