Fourth: The role of the teacher as a channel of communication between the home and the kindergarten: The teacher is also a link between the kindergarten and the home; she is able to discover the characteristics of children, and she must help parents solve the problems that hinder their children in their educational journey.
Fifth: The role of the teacher as responsible for managing the classroom and maintaining order in it: One of the basics of the teacher's educational work is providing order linked to freedom in kindergarten, and chaos is one of the biggest obstacles in the work, and the successful teacher is the one who combines the child's discipline and freedom and encourages the child to express himself freely and creatively in a spirit of love of obedience.
Sixth: The role of the kindergarten teacher as a teacher and a learner at the same time: The kindergarten teacher must be aware of everything new in the field of education and psychology, and renew her culture and develop her abilities, following modern educational methods.
Seventh: The kindergarten teacher as a psychological and educational guide: The kindergarten teacher determines the children's abilities, interests, tendencies and the direction of their energies, and thus can determine the activities, methods and approaches appropriate to those characteristics that distinguish each child. The kindergarten teacher must also determine the problems that the child suffers from, and cooperate with the psychological guide in treating those problems, and take preventive measures for the child before other psychological problems appear.
