Leaders are those who create and change the rules in order to create change that is in the interest of humanity, and which in turn aims to development. The goal, then, is development, whatever its type or place.

This leadership personality that seeks to develop has its own characteristics, which are:

Persuasion:

The leadership personality has a great ability to persuade. The leader is usually a role model for others, urging them to innovate and progress, and encourages everyone to give distinctively and fruitfully, and thus people imitate him and follow him.

Setting goals and creating visions:

The leader has a special outlook through which he anticipates the future, on the basis of which he sets goals and forms visions, and later puts all of this into effect to reap the rewards.

Calculated adventure:

The leader usually takes risks in order to create or discover new things, but according to the calculated regulations which make the venture safe for the project and its people, and seeks to obtain potential positive things from doing it.

Encouragement and positivity:

The leader's personality is positive, taking into account the spread of enthusiastic collective spirit by spreading an atmosphere of familiarity, affection, and challenge, as he keeps the team in one spirit. He usually encourages the team he works with, and urges them to provide the best.

The responsibility:

The leader bears the responsibility placed on him, and does not shirk it in front of the general public or the team he leads.

The initiative:

A leader is a proactive person who does not wait for anyone to knock on his door or come to him. He is the one who storms the fields, overcomes difficulties, breaks down barriers, and provides assistance.

The challenge:

The leader defies difficulties and races against time to overcome obstacles, and searches for what will make him and his team in a state of sustained exploration for distinctive ideas, beautiful things, and decisive victory, aiming to make the projects they are working to achieve more effective moving forward.

Stimulus:

The leader tries new things, and therefore whoever tries new things is exposed to failure sometimes, and therefore the leader must have the characteristic of motivation, to help the team overcome the post-failure stage, if it exists, and at all levels, materially and morally.
